Mallana alias Naveen Kumar proved every word with the pieces of evidence that he collected. He mentioned that KCR has done a dramatic development of Telangana in the name of Land Record Rectification to benefit the Landlords.
He also proved his comments with sensational and unbelievable pieces of evidence.

About Land Records Rectification

After dividing the Telangana from Combined Andhra Pradesh, Kalvakuntla Chandra Shekar Rao took the oath of Cheif Minister of Telangana. He made many promises and the first promise was Rectification of Land Records.
Today Teenmar Mallana revealed the injustice of KCR behind the Land Record Rectification making Youtube as his platform.

Teenmar Mallana mentioned" actually the Land Records Verification Started by the P.V Narsimha Rao in 1973 through Land Sealing Act. The small landlords were given priority as they do agriculture in the Land of Landlords. But KCR chooses the different process of Land Records Rectification. This process denies old passbooks and creates new passbooks for landlords without providing any column for the agriculturalists. So the land belongs to the landlords keeping the small landlords aside."

Scheme of Raithu Bandhu

Mallana described an unbelievable drama behind Raithu Bandhu scheme implemented by the government of Telangana. The people of Telangana believed that the Raithu Bandhu is a good scheme that helps farmers and small lords financially.

But Mallana described and said "Raithu Bandhu is a scheme which is implemented for supporting the Landlords. If the small landlords went to the court and petitioned case against landlords then the Raithu Bandhu checks support the case of Landlords. So, that is why the Raithu Bandhu scheme was implemented by the government of KCR. Even though many suggested to implement the Raithu Bandhu scheme for the small landlords who has the land up to 5 acres or 10 acres. But KCR implemented to every acre of the land to benefit the Landlords."

Reasons behind the destruction of Old Secretariat

Mallanna raises a question behind building the new secretariat and destroying old secretariat of KCR and his government.

Mallanna mentioned " KCR preplanned and destroyed the old building of secretariat because this secretariat has consisted of old records. KCR tried and decided to destroy the records along with the building. He made this decision to help and support the landlords. Some of the records are transferred to the new building for proving his sincerity. But most of the important records were damaged along with the old secretariat". These words made everyone to think about the destruction of the old secretariat".

Dharani website Used for Destroying Records

Mallana revealed the unbelievable secret behind the destruction of remaining old land records. Mallanna emotionally said " KCR decided to destroy the remaining records with the help of the Dharani site which is under the control of the Globarena technologies. Globarena technologies are none other than the company made a mistake in correcting the intermediate papers. The main aim of the Dharani site is to clear the old records of lands which are mentioned to enter in this website. This is the final wand used by KCR to destroy whole nine yards of old records." Mallanna showed many pieces of evidence and proved his statements on KCR.

Role of Media And Opposition Parties

Mallana said that Journalists, Media and Opposition parties know everything but they turned their voices off and created dramatic scenes to get beliefs of the people. Mallana claimed that opposition parties stayed quiet as they are also the Landlords of some acres of Land.

Mallana lastly mentioned " Land Record Rectification, Raithu Bandhu, destruction of the secretariat, Dharani website by Globarena technologies are four main schemes and dramas supported the Landlords. The small landlords are living in the hallucination of development of Telangana". Mallanna also declared that if enquiry runs on these schemes then nearly 119 MLAs of Telangana will get arrested.

Mallana challenged openly to KCR that he is ready to provide and submit the pieces of evidence if the enquiry is done on four schemes. Many people of Telangana started thinking about these issues.
