B.P+1

Nowadays blood pressure problems became common health diseases. The bloop pressure either high or low leads to death if they are untreated. Read more to know about the High B.P, Low B.P, signs, symptoms, treatment and preventive measures.

About Blood Pressure:

The normal Blood Pressure of a healthy person is more than 120/80 to less than 140/90. If Blood pressure is increased then it is called high blood pressure. If the blood pressure is decreased then it is called lower blood pressure.

The high B.P and Low B.P both are dangerous and give way to death if they are untreated.

About High Blood Pressure:

B.P+2

If the blood pressure is above 140/90  then it is called high blood pressure(B.P). In the high blood pressure, the force of blood act against the walls of arteries as the arteries become narrower.

So the blood vessels will become weak and heart can't pump sufficient blood to all organs. Then the Oxygen level gets decreased and the carbon dioxide level gets increased in the blood.

If untreated immediately then it gives way to the other health causes like heart failure, vision loss, stroke, and kidney diseases.
The high B.p is called as Hypertension.

Types of High B.P:

The high B.P is classified into two types based on the severity of the cause.
They are:
  • Primary High B.p/ Essential high B.p
  • Secondary High B.p

Primary high B.P/ Hypertension:

It is also called as the essential high B.P/ Hypertension. The cause is unknown and immediate health issues will not take place. It further lays into secondary Hypertension.

Causes:

  • Obesity
  • Smoking
  • Drinking alcohol
  • Mental stress

Secondary high B.P/ Hypertension:

It often occurs immediately and rapidly. It became less severe than the primary high B.P/ Hypertension.

Causes:

  • Stress
  • Smoking
  • Genetics
  • Poor diet

Stages of Hypertension:

B.P+4

If the blood pressure is between 130/80 to 139/89 then is called stage 1 Hypertension.

If the blood pressure is above 140/90 then it is called As Stage 2 Hypertension

B.P+5

  • Urine test
  • Blood test
  • ECG

Treatment for Hypotension:

Taking diuretics like furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide
