Women Empowerment is Once Again Proved -  Women as Jawans

Women are not less than men mentally, socially and they are stronger than men in psychological conditions.  Recently, women are developing themselves in the various careers like engineering, medicine, teachers etc. They are working equal to men but in some cases more than men also.

Now a days women are working at various professions  for protecting our nation like Air Force, Navy and as commanders at warships, fighter pilots, serving submarines.

Women empowerment is once again proved by 2 lakh  young girls who applied for just 100 vacancies for women military police in online registration which is started at April and end by June 30. Women already started battle against Superistations and Voice of Society.

The Response of CMP:

The Corps of Miltary Police(CMP) got shocked by receiving the 2 lakh applications from Women for the first time. They felt proud that every Indian is selecting the risky military profession to protect our Nation – India.

Till now women worked as officers and not appointed for any combat roles like serving Submarines, fighter pilots, warships.

 After noticing the overwhelming response toward vacancies of Military Police, the Corps of Military Police decided to raise the “Mahila Provost Unit" in the Territorial Army for the first time in India.

They also planned to introduce 1700 women in the personnel below officer rank that is PBOR category for over the next 17 years.

The senior officer of CMP said “100 women will be taken every year and constitute 20% of CMP. The recruitment is to be held at Belgaum before this month end that is last week of July.

Another senior officer also claimed “the women who are taken under CMP are not only appointed for the Combat roles but they also involved in the solving of criminal cases like rapes and women harmed cases. They also play an important role in preserving discipline in military formation.

About Training and Recruitment:

The women soldiers are going to be trained at the CMP centre in Bangalore. The city, Bangalore is selected to train the women soldiers for bringing awareness in controlling the crowd. They are also will be trained at the Jammu and Kashmir where frequent attacks will takes place.

One of the officers of CMP said “the women are stopped working as Short Service Commission officers. They are appointed as Permanent Commission officers.

 The women can work and command warships from Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Bangladesh and more.

Combat roles of Women in India:

 The women in India are a little backward in selecting the Nation Protecting Professions like Combat roles of Army, Navy, Air force. There are many reasons like poor education, married life, children and social prestige.

But in the US the women serve on nuclear submarines and fight against the enemies.
the women are working as fighter Pilots in several countries like us Russia Turkey and Pakistan before India

               So, the people of India especially women have more talent and endless courage if they are encouraged in selecting Nation protecting professions then India will be in safer hands.

               India is not fully developed not by lacking talent, courage, intelligence but by the illiterate thoughts of society, discouragement of the parents, authorities. When the thoughts of people in India will change then surely India will be moving forward in the path of the development.

              Many Indians are appreciating the courage of two lakh women and giving their blessings to them. The selected 100 are congratulated by the prime minister of India Narendra Modi.
